RFoG optical node is designed for FTTH application. It receives downstream TV & data signals from headend and sends upstream data from Cable Modem back. It supports “Burst” mode for the return optical signals, which can save fibers and reduce the link noise of return path. It allows only one RFoG node to maintain communication with the headend CMTS at anytime, in using TDMA technology to control the RFoG node "Burst".
- Supports DOCSIS2.0, DOCSIS3.0 and DOCSIS3.1, frequency splitting can be defined according to customer needs.
- Using BOSA integrated optical module and GaAs MMIC, with excellent indicators and stable performance
- Optical AGC function of the downstream optical receiver is optional.
- Optional with PON bypass channel, supporting the overlay of EPON, GPON or XGPON with RFoG to coexist on the same fiber network.
